Based in Austin, Tejas I help people who feel lost, alone, misunderstood, and overwhelmed. I help those who are sensitive to emotions and feel deeply.

You may be struggling with your family, friends, or partner. You may be saddened by the loss of someone or something important.

You might be leading in your profession, newly fresh to #adulting, or ready to retire. You may be a new parent, a seasoned parent, or wishing you were a parent. You might be acclimating to the parents around you. In all of these phase of life, we can face challenges in the transitions.

Thinking about relationships and self-esteem along with neuroscience and culture, we can explore various areas for finding change. Then we use tips, tricks and skills to start reframing and rebuilding.
